For organizations and records-management firms
The document inventory, filled in for you
ZipiName walks through the records folder and fills in the Single Document Inventory Form: one row per file with its code, name, date range, pages, medium and notes. It only reads: it copies and changes nothing.
What it does for you
- FUID header: sending and producing entity, administrative unit, producing office and purpose.
- The series code is taken from the folder name (“100.24.3 - Works contracts”).
- Electronic pages: the pages of each PDF plus one for every other document, explained in each row's note.
- Total pages and boxes for prepared, delivered and received by, ready to print.
- With FoliFast, each file is numbered with an index and SHA-256 hash.
Form based on Agreement 042 of 2002 of Colombia's National Archive; it also works as a file list in other countries.
Price
Records plan (ZipiName + FoliFast Entity): US$1 900 per year for a small organization with 5 seats in Latin America (US$2 900 in the rest of the world); medium with 15 seats US$3 900; large or records-management firm, unlimited, US$7 500.
